Annual Giving - Friends of Scouting

The annual Friends of Scouting campaign raises donations from communities, businesses, Scouting alumni, and families to support Heart of New England Council’s annual operating budget. You know the value Scouting. Your support will help ensure we can continue in our mission to deliver a values-based program of citizenship, character development, fitness, and leadership to the young people in our communities.

There are several ways to give:


  • One-Time Gift is charged to your credit card and is designated for the current annual campaign.
  • An Installment Gift is a specific gift amount that is charged in equal installments (monthly or quarterly) to your credit card, with the total gift amount to be paid in full by October 31. The total gift amount paid by October 31 will be designated for the current campaign. (Minimum total gift amount is $25.) 
  • A Sustaining Partnership is a Recurring Gift that is designated for this year’s campaign and renews for future campaigns. This gift is charged to your credit card each month. You may stop or change your recurring gift at any time.

Sustaining Partnership

Sustaining Partner is a recurring giving program, where your Friends of Scouting gift is provided as a monthly deduction on your credit or debit card. This method of giving allows better planning by providing Heart of New England Council a regular, sustainable income stream, and offers enhanced efficiencies in reducing administrative time and expense.

Becoming a Sustaining Partner provides an easy, consistent, budget-friendly, no hassle way to give to Scouting. See our FAQ for additional information.

Matching Gifts

Many companies sponsor matching gift programs that will match contributions made to Scouting by their employees or their employees’ spouses. By taking advantage of your corporate matching gift program, you can maximize the value of your gift at no additional cost. Use the form below to see if your company makes matching gifts.
